Dr. Sarabjit Kaur Director- Operations and Client Services, has about 8 years of experience as Immigration Consultant. She is a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Dr. Kaur has in-depth knowledge and practical skills relating to the current policies of the Immigration Act. This extensive background knowledge of Immigration matters and access to the most up to date policy gives the client the best available assistance in obtaining a successful result. Dr. Kaur is proficient in the English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages. She has obtained her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Panjab University, India and her B. Ed. from Brock University, Canada. Dr. Harjit SinghManager - Processing, has about 9 years of experience in the field of Canadian Immigration. Dr. Singh is an efficient member of a dedicated team of experts providing professional services in the field of immigration to Canada. Dr. Singh has helped in application process of over 500 immigration cases, ranging from Skilled Workers to family and spousal sponsorship cases. He has a wide variety of extremely satisfied clients who are currently Permanent Residents and citizens of Canada. Dr. Singh fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali completed his Doctorate from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Ray RadojevicDirector - Marketing and Community Liaison, after twenty-one years of service with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, retired as Canada Immigration Centre Manager. While in service, he worked in Windsor, Pearson International Airport, Mississauga, Etobicoke and Toronto and held various positions: Immigration Examining Officer, Immigration Counselor, Immigration Investigator, Case Presenting Officer, Supervisor of Immigration Counselors, Shift Superintendent at Pearson International Airport, CIC Manager, and Special Assistant to the Director of Inland Operations. As manager, he set up and managed Special Services CIC which later evolved into Vegreville Case Processing Centre. Mr. Radojevic, who is fluent in several languages, received his B.A. Degree from Detroit Institute of Technology in 1970, M.A. Degree from University of Waterloo in 1971, and from 1971-1974, as Canada Council Doctoral Fellow, read for Ph.D. Degree at the University of London, England. Marko VitorovichDirector-Immigration Consulting Principal Immigration Consultant, with Lee & Company, with over 16 years of experience. A member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), and a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). He regularly appears at all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Immigration Division). Experienced in drafting and researching all matters in relation to immigration law. He has worked with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, in his own practice, as well as, with leading immigration lawyers. Extensive experience in overseas processing particularly business, entrepreneur and skilled worker applications. Has successfully handled the most complex and difficult immigration matters. Mr.Vitorovich has written articles on immigration for Toronto area newspapers, in the Hindi, Punjabi, Romanian, Hungarian, Korean and Spanish languages. Studied in the International Relations program at the University of Toronto. Wennie Lee Corporate Counsel Wennie Lee,Barrister & Solicitor, is the principal of the Lee & Company, Immigration Advocacy, Counsel & Litigation, and counsel to DMP. An experienced litigator with regular appearances at the Federal Court of Canada, Superior Court of Ontario and all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. Commenced her legal career with Heenan Blaikie - a leading national law firm, in the management side labour and employment law, pensions and civil litigation. A former associate with the civil litigation firm of Misir, Patterson, and a former Partner with Murji, Paterson, Lee. On establishing Lee & Company she has focused on Immigration Law and Judicial Reviews at the Federal Court of Canada. Ms. Lee obtained her Bachelor's degree from York University and her law degree from the University of Western Ontario . Recipient of The Education Equity Awards of The Law Society of Upper Canada in 1991, and the Sessional Academic Achievement List, York University . She holds an LL.M. in Administrative Law at Osgoode Hall Law School . Her cases are regularly reported in the Immigration Law Reporter and Federal Court Reporter. |
